About the role
We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Global sales team for a Sales professional. As our Sales Professional, you will be responsible for actively selling Shift Markets’ solutions to fintechs, brokers, and financial services firms, with a focus on building new revenue across LATAM, MENA, Asia, and the United States.
The ideal candidate for this role is suited to a commercially driven salesperson who thrives in consultative, relationship-led selling and is motivated by working with complex financial technology products in a fast-growing, global business..
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and close.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and target client profiles.
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
Present and explain Shift Markets’ configurable exchange and trading solutions to senior decision-makers.
Build, manage, and forecast a qualified pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal sales leadership, product, and technical teams to progress deals efficiently.
Represent Shift Markets at industry events, conferences, and meetings as part of regional business development efforts.
Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and future expansion.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
3–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account executive, or business development roles.
Experience selling SaaS, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven solutions.
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a remote, global team.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential for candidates with strong commercial experience.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience selling into LATAM, MENA, Asia, or U.S. markets.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Arabic.
Existing network within fintech, crypto, or financial services ecosystems.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho.
Openness to using AI and modern sales tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity and research.
Qualifications
3–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account executive, or business development roles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
This position requires working 40 hours per week. Competitive Compensation Package. Compensation is based on experience and location.
